Station 14 – Jesus Is Placed in the Tomb

Joseph took the body and wrapped it in a long sheet of clean linen cloth…
He rolled a great stone across the entrance.

Jesus’ body is placed in a tomb. The stone is rolled into place. It feels like the end. Silence settles in.

This station invites us to sit in the quiet. Waiting can be uncomfortable. Questions linger. Hope feels distant. Yet God is still at work—even when nothing seems to be happening.

The story is not finished. What feels like an ending is only a pause. God’s promises are still alive, even in the silence.
