The Debris Removal Operation Center (DROC) is located at 2805 Esplanade in Chico on the corner of Lassen, across from CVS and Rice Bowl.  Their phone number is 530.399.0434 and their hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 12 noon. The DROC will provide answers to questions about not disturbing the “ash footprint”, tree removal, and miscellaneous questions about your specific property.
